Check in details, including door access codes, are sent 24-48 hours before arrival. If you have not received your details the day before arriving, please contact us.
Please contact us as soon as possible if your travel plans change. The 25% rental reservation deposit is non-refundable, and cancellations made within 60 days or less of arrival will result in loss of all money. However, if we are able to rebook the home, we may be able to issue a refund after that stay is completed.
There are no refunds for early departures, travel delays, inclement weather, construction, or other factors outside of our control. We highly recommend that guest purchase the travel insurance option provided at the time of booking.
Our rental agreements are legal documents, providing added protection to our guests as well as our management company and homeowners. In addition to the rental agreement, we require the guest booking the property to submit a photo ID and credit card authorization for a security deposit hold.
All of our properties are equipped with WIFI, a smart lock, trash bags, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/soap, dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, and laundry detergent. As a luxury company, we provide more than the traditional "starter pack" offered by most property management companies, however additional supplies may need to be purchased.
Many of our properties offer additional amenities, such as gas grills, pack n' plays, pool floats, bikes, and more. Check the listing description for details. If a property does not have a desired amenity, we are happy to provide recommendations of where to rent or purchase
