Beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrella) provided so all you need to bring is your swimsuit! Fully stocked kitchen, baby gear (pack n' play, high chair). Tennis rackets, basketball, boardgames, and 10 in one game table for extra fun! Guests are welcomed to the home with a few samples of local coffee, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, laundry pods, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and toilet paper are included. Extra supplies may need to be purchased by guest depending on amount of use/length of stay. Wifi and cable television are included. There is a Roku TV in the living room and the primary bedroom.

Signed rental agreement required within 48 hours of booking
Photo ID of person booking required. Photo ID, name on credit card, and name on rental agreement must match.
$500 security depot hold will be taken from credit card used to book property. Damages, missing items, or additional cleaning charges will be charged to the card on file.
All rental funds are due at time of booking.
No refunds will be provided unless property can be re-booked. Refund will be 75% of rental amount for days re-booked.
We offer trip insurance when booking, and recommend purchasing it as we cannot issue refunds outside of our cancellation policy.
No pets allowed in this home. Evidence of unauthorized pets in the home will result in an additional $300 deep cleaning fee.
No smoking or vaping. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $500 deep cleaning fee, as well as charges for lost income if future reservations must be cancelled.
