Maintenance
Light maintenance items are handled as part of the management fee. Larger items are billed at a reasonable rate, or we will manage vendors on your behalf.
Responsible Party
We can be your responsible party in the city of Bradenton and Sarasota to ensure you are compliant with local licensing requirements. (Extra $150/month fee applies)
